Refund & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read below to understand your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and warranties.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • A repair or replacement if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

These consumer guarantees apply regardless of any manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty – (12 Months)
Saberoo provides a standard 12-month warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electronic malfunctions not caused by misuse or damage

Please note: While the manufacturer may limit warranty support to 12 months, your rights under the ACL may entitle you to a remedy beyond this period depending on the issue.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty or refund:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Use of the product outside of its intended purpose
