We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However, we are not liable for minor variations in color, features, or appearance due to manufacturer updates or differences in screen display.

4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable), unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product availability may vary, and we are not liable for out-of-stock items or delays caused by suppliers.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary based on supplier location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once an item has shipped but will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our returns and warranty policy is available via the "Refund Policy Page". By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product is defective, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards as defined under the ACL. All products come with a **12-month warranty**, as per ACL requirements, which ensures your rights to a remedy beyond any manufacturer's warranty if the product fails to meet the required standards.
